
Tropical Fruit Salad
Ingredients: 1 cup pineapple, diced 1 cup mango, diced 1 cup papaya, diced 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced 1 orange, peeled and segmented 1 apple, diced 1 banana, sliced 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon lime juice Sprinkle of coconut flakes (optional) Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi, orange, apple, and banana. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined. 3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and toss to coat. 4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, if desired. 5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Fruit Smoothie
Fruit Smoothie Ingredients: 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) 1 cup mixed fruit (such as berries, mango, pineapple, banana) 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) 1 tablespoon honey (optional) - Ice cubes (optional) Instructions: 1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, mixed fruit, and milk. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. 3. Add honey, if desired, and blend until well combined. 4. Add ice cubes, if desired, and blend until fluffy. 5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
