Ingredients:
2-3 ripe mangos
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the mangos, then chop them into chunks.
2. Add the mango chunks to a blender or juicer.
3. Add water and honey (if using) to the blender or juicer.
4. Blend or juice the mixture until smooth.
5. Strain the juice if desired.
6. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
