Here’s a simple recipe for homemade Cherry Juice:

Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a blender or juicer, puree the cherries until smooth.
2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp and skin.
3. Add water and sugar (if using) to the cherry puree and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Add lemon juice (if using) and stir to combine.
5. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You can also add other ingredients to customize the flavor:

A pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
A drizzle of honey for extra sweetness
A handful of spinach or kale for green cherry juice
A scoop of your favorite protein powder for a post-workout treat

Experiment with different combinations to find your favorite!

Note: You can also use cherry juice concentrate or cherry juice boxes if you prefer a quicker and more convenient option. Just be sure to follow the instructions on the label.
